At least someone from Illfonic is showing activity in the forum. Everyone here is beginning to think you guys are more interested in selling mother’s day Yautja bows rather than fix the billions of bugs. In all seriousness, I have no doubt you guys are hard at work but the silence sucks.

He’s been active for some time, at least since I’m checking myself their activity every once in a while. After mentioning him, like you did, he was active/logged in in a very short time. like less than 5 minutes. They’re active, but not by posting. Most likely by reading through all the shit, in hope of some useful feedback.
If they’ve got a kitty for coffee, I’d send them some money once a week. I’m sure they’re working their asses off to make the game the best experience possible, even if most are just complaining.

That person literally has done nothing in the forum guys. Only one hour of read time?! He might have skimmed something but that definitely ain’t illfonic showing they give a f about any of this. I’ve been playing since day one, hit lvl 100 within 4 days and still haven’t stopped playing. The only reason for that is because I get to play as the mf Predator. I’m sick of them posting fan submissions without a damn word from them in response to ANY of OUR QUESTIONS or CONCERNS. That is bs and no matter how much we enjoy playing the game, that is unacceptable and can NOT be defended.
9hrs of read time from me alone, that’s on the small end. I guarantee people have 100s of hours in here. To me y’all should be getting paid for doing their job.

I have no clue why people are excited over someone at illfonic reading posts for one hour for the first time. It’s like they just wanted to see how bad it truly is in the forums since they have just said f it since the last patch.
It’s pointless looking into that anyway. Of course they’re looking at the forums. They’re looking at all the feedback. Just because they’re not responding doesn’t mean they’re not absorbing.

They probably have someone whose whole job it is to read the forums and bring in feedback…probably a dark, dark job.
Haha, nah. I mean, definitely stressful and exhausting. Believe me, it sucks to work really hard and see people working really hard only to see a ton of negative comments on social media and in your foruma. Typically it’s up to the community managers/community team to sift through the forums and respond. Or the support team as well, if the company has one. At least that’s how we sorted it out. We pulled teeth to try and get other devs engaged in our forums, wasn’t easy lmao.
Hey man, all I’m saying is just any kind of communication is all I want. I love this game but I’ve never seen devs this, either lazy or just straight up no Fs given…”buy our game and go away” type mentality. Just for them to respond in the forums or their Twitter and say “hey guys, we hear your concerns and are currently working on a patch/dlc/etc.” literally ANYTHING. It doesn’t take much for just ONE of them to respond to the people who bought their product.
The more time they give to response versus reading and implementing the longer you all wait, get some patience it’s a game that cost $40 if that expense is life shattering you really need to get some perspective on troubles of life and what’s worth losing your minds over because this isnt it. And not specifically to you migitup
Dude, you’re so annoying lol let people vent if they want. I spent $60 on this game and to me that isn’t “life shattering” but to some people it might be. Quit being an asshole for no reason. I’m in the military and I don’t have a lot of time to play games so when I do I’d like to know that I’m putting me effort into a game that isn’t being forgotten and or dying by just a simple request of communication.
I can guarantee you they’re not lazy and there are plenty of fucks given. When a game launches they have prepaid sponsors and advertisements that they still have to move. It sucks to see right now, sure, but I don’t blame them for being silent. It’s a common practice for a lot of devs and pubs when things get super negative and toxic. They just keep working and let the product speak for itself. Then become more social when it all chills.
They’ve said they’re listening to our feedback before, that’s not gonna change. If they kept repeating the same thing people would give them a hard time. If they didn’t answer everyone’s question, people would give them a hard time. If they didn’t give them the answers they want they’d give them a hard time, and so on.
It doesn’t take a lot man, sure. But when it’s SO bad, it may do more bad than good.
Not saying I’m all for that method, believe me, I’d prefer a ton of communication. But this kind of thing ain’t uncommon within the first few weeks of a game’s launch. Especially one that isn’t AAA.
