I think reinforcements are a little too much

Think about it. The FT has health bags, ammo bags,
Healing syringes, weapon crates, health kit spawn. Basically an endless supply of health, and ammo.
And then they all get to come back fully stocked again when reinforced.

Meanwhile the predators out of health, and needs pigs to survive if the fireteam is coordinated. The predator can’t go back to his ship to get more gear. It’s a little too much hand holding for my tastes.

I think when you die you should stay dead. Your skull was removed. You should be looking at the title screen at that point.

Reinforcements should instead be air drops that supply the fireteam with a specialized weapon, or armor. Like a rocket launcher that can only be fired once but will insta kill a beserker. Or a predator type armor that let’s you take massive damage.

Id rather see slightly longer rounds and more objectives, to give the pred a bit of time to kill them twice, rather than having to rush them down all the time.

I think the balance issue is with the FT being overpowered and easily able to deal with the pred rather than the loss of reinforcements.

I wouldn’t necessarily call the FT OP. But yes. Longer objectives would be nice instead of always rushing.

Reinforcements r a nice idea. I’d be fine with it if it were something like whoever gets reinforced gets to choose a class, and that class has the weakest weapons of their categories with nothing equipped

It’s an area that definitely needs some attention.

I think the easiest and most fair way is to extend the clock upon reinforce if it happens at 7:30 or after. I think the clock should be extended by 7:30

Or do away with the time limit altogether.

The game should only end if all FT or pred are dead or if FT ALL escape in the chopper.

Any stragglers must make it to secondary exfil at the edge of the map

how exactly is it easier? The only benefit is speed, which isn’t much against any pred except the zerker. It also makes you completely visible even when mudded up and using the ice cold perk. If anything it just makes it more difficult.

When they wrote “improved stats” they failed to mention what exactly. we tested it and you still get the same damage, your health doesn’t go up and if you already have double speed, your speed isn’t boosted either.

Huh if that’s true I’ve been killing preds solo purely out of boosted false confidence 😂

The entire team is not going to be support. You’re not going to have that. For randoms if someone has medkits its a good day. In teams you’re not going to get more then 1 support. All the spawns on the maps can be destroyed by the predator, pigs can’t be by FT. Now play better and destroy those to starve the FT for resources.

Its also how predators like the OP seem to forget preds has second wind for a reason just as well… Reinforcements are mandatory in this game for many reason but this discussion has been done to death.

Last man standing boosts speed, damage resistance and i don t remember what else. Hamlet said it so you were correct

I think they should be reworked tbh.

Have it so there’s only 3 stations on the map and they can only bring back one person at a time and can only be used when there’s 2 people left. So they can choose to take a risk and split up, going to different stations around the map, bringing back as much people as quick as possible but are left vulnerable or they can stick together and play it safe but it takes longer to bring their whole team back.

And make it so if only one person is in the blue circle then the predator can’t interrupt it unless they kill them. And if there’s more than one person in the circle then predator will halt the progress until the fireteam either kill the pred or damage him enough till he flees and leaves the blue circle.

Sure, make it that way but make predators not being able to leap when they are in second wind.

Why? Predator doesn’t have as many second chances as the fireteam does right now. Taking away the only thing that makes his only second chance good is just a bad idea.

Reinforcements the the FT’s “second wind”. If you go by what’s dead should stay dead, when I put a hole trough the predator he should not turn invincible, he should die.

What you propose would make it very difficult to play randoms and make a lot of people flat out quit when killed.

As Last man standing, You get more health and damage, it specifies in the patch notes.

Not for Scout running double time, no speed increase and any damage reduction is moot, you’re still going down to a combo.

Ring the dinner Bell, is a liability not a buff.

Which is what you get for playing scout, i mean who uses scout? lol
