I can’t remember if a Private match can request match making to find that one empty slot with crossplay and get randoms from public servers queues?
This might answer my weird ass match where I qued up in a public match but ended up with Zero ammo with a bunch of PS players.

No, you can’t add people from pubs
But, someone in your friends list can join invite you to their party, which may playing be on a private match. You still need to accept the invite
well that confirms it. It was just a random ass bug.
