Lol
I'd like your thoughts on this video
Lol. It’s funny how easy it is to get hacks yet ppl don’t believe hacking happens anymore.
Funny too, best aim bots comes from Russia he said xD.
But honestly I’m just curious to see people thoughts on the matter.
I can’t take hackers seriously.
If it’s a casual game, just remove them.
But if it’s a tournament?
Ya that requires serious punishment.
100% agree with this guy in the video, but then I wouldn’t have thought that was a controversial view to take.
I completely understand people hating hacks and hackers.
But I just cant take them seriously anymore.
Remove them from casual play, but if they somehow get into tournaments, they should be severely punished.
What I meant was I cant take hackers seriously.
I see them as children to be honest.
They should be banned.
If it’s a big company, I see nothing wrong with them being banned from all the products sold by that company.
Further more if those companies decided to behave like casinos and make a no serve list. That would be fine too. For those who don’t understand casinos share the pictures, names, games played, and total winnings. At any point if one casino thinks you are cheating you can be perma-banned from all the casinos.
Online game companies should do the same. It’s the only way people will stop.
(Proof required of course)
God im glad steam vac bans didnt carry over to other games. The vac ban I got when I was 14 hacking rust in early access would have screwed me out of almost my entire games list 😂
Well it’s not so much about taking them seriously or not - like the guy says, they ruin the game for everyone else.
Fortunately I’ve not encountered anyone using hacks in this game (just the odd tosser hiding underground or under backwater buildings occasionally).
I wouldn’t go back in time and ban anyone for past actions. I’d just announce my company was going to form a No Serve list then advertising would include it at the end. Others would likely join.
Might have a scale, 1 year, 5 years, life.
I think it is serious though, it costs companies players, time and money. They waste huge amounts of resources trying to stop them.
Tbh we just need hard bans. Like when you get banned in a game it should leave a ban file somewhere on your hdd that no matter what account you log in to from that pc, it will act as though its banned (i wouldnt actually ban off that file because id hate to be that guy that logs in at his friends house and it bans his account). But it would significantly reduce the cheaters that get banned, make a new account and buy the game just to cheat again…
GASP. omg…
I dont…
I dont even know you anymore.
YOU CRIMINAL.
Cheaters in a Friday would do that, get banned buy a new game, carry on cheating.
Yep. Its easy to make a new account and buy the game. Anyone can do that over and over. But once you start forcing reformats to try and remove that file? Its gonna be infinitely harder. Almost everyone can rebuy a game.
But not many people can afford to buy a new computer or constantly be reformatting their current.
Idk. Like I said most of these ppl are just like kids playing gta. They want cheat codes.
I dont use hacks, and I’m pretty sure I never will for pvp stuff, but I dont wanna see someone lose permanent access to gaming for making a foolish mistake.
I used to hate these people, but eh.
I downloaded hacks when I used to play counter-strike back when it was still on the half-life engine only because I just learned about them and was curious. I only used them a few games before I got bored.
It’s just more satisfying to win naturally.
I did get a laugh out of it though.
That said, after the second time, start giving serious punishments.
I’ve never used hacks, but I’ve used cheats for local multiplayer, just to fuck around.
But given that I dont use hacks its satisfying when I do beat a hacker. I have in a few games xD.
Technically I believe counter strike still is on the half life engine.
Hell man… Even titanfall 2 is on the half life engine 😂
Half life 2 engine currently
Ah shit u right.
Half life one was on goldsource or some shit. Same as the og Counter strike.
Then they made the source engine, made half life source, counter strike source, then they upgraded that into the half life 2 engine and I think upgraded it again and all of the relevant valve games are currently on that
