Idea about Fireteam "Light" classes using heavy guns

So i was roaming in the soldier customization menu and reading some numbers from Gear and Perks that has the 4 classes, this numbers are:

-Assault with 10 Gear and 9 Perk points.
-Recon with 8 Gear and 15 Perk points.
-Scout with 5 Gear and 12 Perk points.
-Support with 15 Gear and 6 Perk points.

I come with this as i read some other feedback about the freedom for the fireteam to use any weapon combination, no matter the class and another problem with the support having 15 Gear points. yet, there is no way that you can use all those points as the max capacity you could achieve at this point is 10 Gear points. So i suggest 2 things:

1.- Add Weapon carry points so Heavier classes can have the freedom to choose more weapons as the expense of the movement speed.

2.- Move the “Special” weapons like the LMG, Minigun and Grenade Launcher to the Gear secction with a 6 Weight requirement that would only recharge with ammo boxes in the map (like all gear right now). This will give the option to carry the more powerfull weapons to only heavier classes and a very limited use, that also will give the oportunity to add more powerfull weapons in the future (like RPGs and stuff) while keeping the balance of firepower and survivability.

I’d like all the special guns to be used by the support only, or make it so all guns have a gear score will pistols not having any score though so you can always have a secondary at least.
