Idea For replacing spotting

motion detector for every FT member in the HUD
if you want to scan the predator past 100m. make the operative viable and make his kit revolved around keeping track of the pred.

if you watch aliens they had motion detectors… and the other games as well… spotting makes zero sense

I’m not against the idea

It’s just everything aside from the plasma guns playe exactly the same with no variety.
Your idea goes against that.

just to put a 40m motion detector on FT hud. is less aimbot than spotting.
operatives or opertive gear is the only real way spotting should be achieved.

Alternatively…
Spot drops after breaking LOS for 1 second, same for PDL (spotted while in sphere, break sphere range and out of LOS for 1 second spot drops). Tracker doesn’t stack with Recon’s passive, PDL becomes a gear item with 3 uses, 4 with gear head, refillable with ammo crates like grenades.
