Sorry to hear that man, it can definitely interfere with life and happiness. My tendency is not that bad, I just have to remind myself other people don’t ‘need’ to do things in the same way as me. Everything doesn’t have to be perfect and any feelings I may have about it are just that, feelings. I know that won’t help you but I can relate.
