If the last FT is hiding like a little bitch...

And I decide to leave the match and queue up for a more rewarding/entertaining match, is it rage quitting too?

I played hide and seek with fantasma once.
I think he called me a baby goat.

Ehh not really, like all they’re doing is running out the clock and 9/10 times they never dare to go near objective. Whenever I get one of those, which typically tend to be either Recon or OWLF though I’ve had a couple Assaults do it now & then, I just kinda sit somewhere and wait for the clock to run out just to collect my VT & shit. Go get a drink or a sandwich, maybe even just go toilet if really need it. They’re not going anywhere.

Though I can certainly understand just bugging out. It is a simple waste of time & they’re bad sports for making ya wait like that. We all got better shit to do.

I already unlocked everything in the game. One of the reasons also why I stopped playing FT since I have no need to collect VT which was pretty much what kept me playing it.

The guys that do that will call you a little bitch for not finding them. “Oh you are not a true Predator” says the cowards that aren’t even good enough to play as Pred and want to judge others on it.

I’m still missing like a couple trophies and a bunch of customization for DLC classes but mostly because I’m very picky and never really grinded VT to get everything. Sorta always been perpetually broke in this game because I buy what I want and don’t do the challenges or play enough FT to have excess amounts.

The one time I did grind was for Cleo’s release, had around 300K saved up. Ended up spending like 80K on her custom stuff and then just splashing out on Crates and getting shit RNG. I’m STILL fucking trying to roll for that Conan sword.

They do it so they’re alive for the screen shot and they spin a tale like they fought to the end but the pred was saved by the bell 🤣

Don’t quit the match. Find them and teabag the shit out of them. Trust me, it’s very satisfying lol.

One of the times I actually bothered to look for them and not just sit around waiting for the clock to expire, their fucking position was given away because the dumbass was on mic for some reason and I swear to god, it sounded like he ripped a fucking nasty ass fart. I have no clue what it actually was, but that’s my best guess. Hate to be that guy, given position away by essentially shitting yourself.

Depending on map and the ft player you won’t ever find them. They’ll sit there and mud up religiously in an attempt to make you rage quit. If it’s a known player I’ll stay until end if it’s a random potato I’ll just quit.

Zeus was quiet as well? Aren’t there prompts to do the mission or something like that?

There are but Predator can’t hear Zeus so that’d never give the FT away.

I guess it’s just an unfortunate ending and you move on to next match.

It’s probably annoying, but i guess pred can get in a tree and start shooting plasma in the hopes that the will be splash damage and damage/XP indicator will show up.

What are the best ways to look for hidden FT?

Part of why I always carry Motion Trackers. If they got Pig In Shit, very hard to time a Sound Iso right to catch them. So just throw some out and hope they get caught out. If that don’t work, just sit back and relax I guess? I mean already won, you don’t really have to do anything.

A good way to catch some of the idiots out however is to just stomp around uncloaked, make yourself known: make yourself a big target. Maybe they take the bait, sorta like how Jungle knew Dillon & Mac were looking at him but made himself known to bait them out.

Tracker spec. Otherwise rely on the noise from headset, get lucky AI will spot him and start shooting, the sounding bubble while using thermal vision too, motion detectors can also help.

Is it a good bet that it’s outside the base since AI would likely find someone whose at a base?

Oh yeah the “smarter” ones don’t go within 20 feet of an AI because that just gives the jig up. They are always gonna be out in the wilderness, tucked away in some kind of bush or hidden behind rocks or under a log.

Right, but you have to go in with that. If you want to use something else, it’s kinda a waste considering that this will happen once at most during a play session.

Well Tracker is one of the best Specs in the game TBF, and definitely Hunter’s best option. So if ya know what you’re doing and decide to play Hunter, or maybe even Falconer, then yeah you’re going in with Tracker.

Ok, but in general if you don’t have that, even when mudded up there will be a distinction when pred is in thermal, correct? It will be faint and probably pain to the eyes tho.
