Understand that “PC Death Squads” are not the norm. You can’t balance a game based on a 10% of the player base. They have to do it with randoms which is the vast majority of the player base.
What is it that you want exactly? Be able to win 100% of your games? Do you call that balance?
If you can win effortlessly against PC Death Squads you will annihilate randoms. You will get bored and you will stop playing. Or is it just you wanna have fun trolling everyone else?
It’s not supposed to be like that, Pred should be able to kill ft squads only if his skill is almost THE SAME of the players he is fighting against. Most of people think they are good and they should win even against pc squads, but it’s not. Very very few Predator players have the privilege to complain of the balance , not the large avarage portion of player base. Pubs are still a clown fiesta for Pred, even now that Yautja bane is broken beyond belife.

Sucks to be you. All my friends who play Pred constantly say they rarely encounter premade teams… Or is it that you see 4 PC randoms and instantly think they are a PC Death Squad? Are you that bad that you can’t beat 4 randoms on PC?

Go play some single player game son and set it to recruit difficulty… This ain’t your thing and you will just look like a retarded idiot complaining about “game balance”.
@Noktrum Only after they post videos of PS randoms FT (the vast majority) stomping predators(I would love to see them beat good PC predators).
The death squads as you put them are the MINORITY by far. Why do you think they started balancing to help the FT out? Pred ques were getting out of hand because randoms stopped playing! Everything they have (aside for Dutch) is aimed at the majority who are PS randoms.
You want to balance it around death squads ensuring randoms get no more wins? Well don’t be surprised when nobody hits that que anymore.
I partially agree with you that the game should not be balanced around top tier gamers. Hower that’s what happens in most competitive online games. Balance patches are usually released after important tournaments where only the best players join.
But PHG was not designed, IMO, to be a real competitive online game. If this was the goal, well, holy shit, they got it all wrong.
There is one point though: no match should be impossibile for 99% of the cases. I still miss a video proof of a Pred player beating a PC death squad properly.
There should be at least a 25% chance to win against this full PC premades (and also good PS4 premades: one of the most false and toxic argument in these forums is that strong ps4 premades don’t exist).
How to achieve that 25% win chance ( at equal skill obviously) ? Nerf yautja bane, rework the mechanism of reinforcements, nerf FT damage output in general with some weapons, nerf parry system, rework spotting system.
This is not one of those competitive games man. Its a casual friendly predator game. They buffed the predator and nerfed the FT every patch and that lead to almost 20 mins que times for pred in some places. I think the devs finally got the message what not to do to kill the game.
Do you think that most players buyed the game to play predator or as the FT? playing FT is a generic, mediocre, FPS experience.
You gotta make the game fun and entertaining as the predator.
Wow, just wow… Did you even stopped to think for 3 seconds before posting this? Probably not. Each predator needs 4 people so he can play. If you make it fun for the predator to play, what is he going to hunt? PIGS? Why would the 4 FT even que for this generic and mediocre FPS expirience?

Right now in this very moment I’m queueing for quick match. Out of 5 games 2 were PC death squads , so roughly 40 %
Its should be entertaining at equal skill. Right now it is not.

when there’s a lot of skill involved, it comes down to who makes a mistake. Statistically, a 4 man team has a higher probability of making a mistake than a 1 man team.
2,3 patch. Of course now the meta is broken, but the game is not supposed to be won against pc squads by every predator. If they nerf yautja bane and tick skin, a good Predator will be able to win, still in favor of ft . But id you are good enough you can win at least 1 game out of 5.

I honestly think the biggest issue is still the broken queue. If pred players could get a match in 1-2 minutes (like ft) there would be less complaining.
Imagine, as pred, being able to experiment more with builds, etc… I tend to stick with what works because it’s a 15 minute wait for a match (PC). You could also avoid matches you don’t want (PC death squads) and not have to wait another 15.
My point is, if you play pred, you’re waiting more than playing and that leads to major frustration.
Non li registro, ho giocato safe visto che camperavano sul radar. Appena hanno finito la missione lì, li ho presi nell’intermezzo tra un villagio e un altro. Ne ho uccisi due con l’arco e le lame da polso , il terzo con la trappola sui rinforzi e il quarto poveretto era solo non è che sia stato poi cosi difficile ucciderlo.
