It’s true guys. I installed steel lungs in Trump and they didn’t work. Had to go back to hemp.

Is the steel lung almost the same as the iron lung that people diagnosed with polio used? And is Trump using one that isn’t working you say?
Trump would never use steel or iron , he would use gold

God dammit men. I said it didn’t work and we went back to hemp. It’s the hemp lungs that give him that voice.
