Well, the majority of these “top players” in phg wouldn’t know that, because this is the only pvp game they’ve ever played.

Idk anything about what StUrMi used to be like but when I was on PS4 Pro I still held my own against a lot of teams. There wasn’t much I could’ve done facing the Apples seeing as you’re the best organised Fireteam I’ve ever faced, that and the fact that as far as I recall at least one or 2 of you had a PS5 at the time correct me if im wrong, alongside the fact I couldn’t do much with Disc back then and your setup was always a very strong 3 Recklesses and a Leader.
But I don’t need a PS5 to beat premades. It is a lot better and everything, but all of these were on base PS4 not even the Pro:
For me it was improvement as a player. Heck when I originally played the Apples I never even had my hotkeys. Sure I never won until after getting a PS5 but I rarely died either.
It was pure persistency and resilience that led me to become a better Predator, and i owe that improvement I have made to the likes of the Apples, Bots and Elite Snipers because those are the teams that I faced, got my ass kicked by, and then took a look at things from the tactical view and had to get better to beat. You don’t just get better from getting a better console or hardware, you get better from facing the better teams and learning their patterns, and seeing how to beat them.
Thank you very much and what you say about other games is very true and I do owe that sweatiness to you guys. I mean I’m basically a Bot in all my other games like I’ve got a few wins in Warzone by myself or the couple times I’ve squadded up with Mike but I usually get clapped in normal games😂
In Dead By Daylight I gradually improve on Killer and get a few team wipes but nothing special of course. If I put the work into them the same as Predator I could get really good same with anything else but overall Predator is where the mates are and where I’m most adept so that’s where I tend to stay😂

I’m a potato, probably always gonna be a potato. I play some good teams and have a blast , hopefully everyone inplay has a blast as well . Have fun , throw down , joke and most importantly always kill @not-bot-bravo first cuz he’s a cheetin lil beesh

I wasn’t trying to say you guys were potatoes but you guys did become animals after y’all got the Ps5 not counting all the extra man hours.
I already said in the past the best players playing are current players. You fuckers are dedicated.
And as for Onskie he was a solid player good sniper too. But he wouldn’t have won a game that’s for sure. He knew he wouldn’t have.
He plays Valkyrie fervent. No traps, no bow game, too squishy. He would just get raped by any competent squad that has anti-disc builds.
All I can say is it wouldn’t good.
If he wasn’t scared to take his L’s and kept playing and learned the new meta he’d be ok.
I mean for fuck sakes you guys are now doing combi bow shot combos like if y’all have macros. I can do it in the tree stupid fast but still not sure how you guys are doing it out of the tree.

Yeah I certainly get more multihits and consecutive hits etc on PS5 these days but then again I do the same on PS4 just not as consistently against premades. And thank you of course I do appreciate it👍
That’s an accurate assessment.
I mean I can beat some of the Elite Snipers with Valkyrie but without traps you need to sweat tf out, barely miss, get multihits with Disc, and catch the Fireteam off guard at the start with Disc as she has great stamina.
And you could see he was nothing special as far as accuracy goes.
I mean when StUrMi, Jasonth13, earth and me played Zebbson I practically orchestrated the entire team setup based around anti-disc making sure we all had anticloaking grenades, enough meds, ammo etc. I’m not that strong with FT ofc but as far as setups go I’d like to think I have a nack. But yeah more to the point teams can easily bring anti-disc setups if they know its a players strongest asset. Even flashbangs cancel Disc so you could even have a Scout in the team to put the pressure on him whilst having OWLF and Assaults to carry the appropriate medical and ammo assets alongside anti cloaking grenades. But yeah like Hunter3ii3 said, he just says he wasn’t trying if he loses and then ofc he gave up on the game.

I’ll tell you one thing you can’t do it via the weapon wheel mate.
Change your controls so you have a hotkey for Bow, and if you’re on the ground you need to be very very quick but you have to stand still for it be easier and immediately after throwing the Spear, press your hotkey and as you are pulling out the bow you need to press aim and shoot. It sounds like a slow process but you need to do all this in a split second. If you’ve got fast fingers you should get it eventually.
I have the same hot key set up as Sturmi and I haven’t been able to accomplish it. I feel like I did a few times but wasn’t sure if I really did it.
He told me how to do it but not sure if he’s jerking me off. Doesn’t seem like it be consistent

I was thinking it’s more a set up that the combi switches to bow automatically like in the trees. But still unsure
My combi throw switches to claws. So right when I throw it I press left to switch to bow but the timing has to be perfect. And my left thumb comes off the joystick which sucks for the back to back combo

The combo is easier to do on PS4 than it is on PS5 for some reason I can confirm that. I’ve never seen StUrMi do it myself so idk. As far as I saw the only people who could do it out of the tree was Hunter3ii3, Gesp, dan38000 and myself

I was on shareplay with him in pubs and he did it effortlessly on multiple occasions to the point that I got outraged at what he was capable of

You don’t need fast hands for it but if you want to appear as if you’re doing it without actually doing the combo it can work. You don’t need the perk, you just need the fast fingers and muscle memory
