Chris, as I have been saying for days. It was hate speech, I don’t care about jokes. Something that actually was used to kill people is a different matter. Yes people can make dark jokes about it but what VENN wrote is on the other side of the line, it’s one step down from holocaust denial.

I’m actually pretty sure VENN realized that but he doesn’t want to cause anymore trouble over a joke. The reason why education is important is so it never happens again.

The legitimate white suprematists, love that regular conservatives are defending them and using the joke argument to do so. That’s why drawing the line between hate speech and jokes is so important.

I never stopped wanting to be friendly but I just can’t joke about that one thing. It is bad, but as I’ve said I’m not mad at who said it, just that it was here. Everybody regardless of what they claim have their line, some stuff is harmful in ways we can’t imagine.

That doesn’t mean humour is dead or you can’t joke about stuff.
