God DAMN is the smart disc fun dude especially with the buff. It seems so much easier to control than before and it’s so smooth. Just wanted to give Illfonic a pat on the back, this shit is so fun now.

I’m not sure what you mean by this.
smart disc is broken.
They buffed its damage before to reward its lack of usefulness. Now they made it useful and is even more broken than the 1011. The damage needs to go down asap as right now it is a one shot down against almost any class. Only a support/Dutch25 will take more than one hit, but is easy to just recall the disk as soon as you land that hit and you will do two hits with ease.
Overall, even though the game is as best “balanced” as it has ever been, sadly the balance went in the opposite direction it should have, IMO. Damage should have been reduced for everyone, instead of increased. Make it harder for everyone, not easier.

The disk is still to this day the gl itchiest weapon and the hardest to use. It’s not getting nerfed because it’s slow and easy to hear and see. Dodge gohan dodge.

While I’d love to see this, I think the learning curve the game presents for both sides is a factor. That and FT objectives, if they decreased damage across the board yeah it would slow the pace and make it a more fun and engaging match except then FT could rush obj with little worry.
Need to adjust missions before reducing damage or you’re average to below average preds will just quit

I had 2 of the 3 discs glitch out of the map on 1 round.

if you reduce ft damage, they cannot rush objectives as AI, as stupid as they are, would still be harder to kill.

I’ve been using it lately and find it way less glitchy than bow and combi and probably one of the easiest weapons to use now.
Then again, I love and play a lot of flight sims so…
It still gets stuck in the air. I know I’m not that skillful to use it, but I feel it’s still easy to get stuck.
