Yep, I tested everything as well, plus there is a post called “2.03 perk.values” in which there are the results of many tests.
Impenetrable and Height Advantage
The simple solution to this is to remove Secondary Weapon Damage buff to Assault class. Why any class needs it at the moment is ridiculous given the damage output of weapons already. Or give Hunter class Ranged Weapon Damage bonus as a passive perk😈and make it decent.
In one of the patches they switched it from Scout to Assault Class because it was originally a Scout passive perk.
They nerf range weapons of Pred so I dont think they will add this passive perk. They don’t know how ti maje changes on this game, because they don’t play it. If they had played this game a little bit they could have recognized how broken the fireteam is in group of 4 with a decent knowledge of the game.

Interesting… I’m just going to playtest a new Hunter build based on this new knowledge. The idea is to use the trees as much as possible for poking with bow and shoulder caster, only dropping in for quick claims and stragglers;

Healing Kit (praying the pig spawns are favourable)

Dithered Lens is nigh on invisible now, so in theory you should be able to get some good hits before having to move position. The sooner they nerf or remove the arrow tracers the better.
I use the Bow/Combi loadout, and the last thing that the bow needs is a buff.
But if they did remove the colored trails for the bow, they would also need to remove the ability to be permanently invisible on the hunter class, and increase substantially the amount of energy that cloaking consumes for all classes.

So, in my most recent match a friend happened to end up on the FT. He unloaded a full PDW clip into me while I was in the trees, took me to around half health super fast which was scary but I’m guessing it could’ve been worst without Height Advantage.
The hardest part is adapting to using the trees again, something I rarely do since I cover more ground leaping so I tend to use building tops and edges of cliffs, hills etc
It feels more Yautja like and movie accurate though. “It’s using the trees” as Dutch said…
Height advantage is 25% reduction. I guess I couldn’t math that day. Video releasing tonight.

Almost. The second perk reduces the already reduced damage, so it’sa little less than 35% total, it’s 32.5% less damage.
Will 2 full charged plasma burst down any one. Gonna try a complete energy down range build. Pretty sure its trash
One tactic I’ve been using is one or two charged plasma bursts followed up immediately by a slam. It’s risky, but the target always goes down. From there, as long as you’re not in second wind, I pop shot anyone who goes for the revive first with a combi throw then arrows. It’s been very effective.
To answer your question, 2 fully charged direct hits with the Plasma caster does 240 damage.
You might want to consider the protection perk, because the plasma caster is basically useless without your mask.
I usually just run large pouch, impatient or impenetrable, and down range. Most effective with bow. The caster sucks at 200m to eez to dodge. Even with prediction the dmg is ass
