I’m trying to imagine a scenario in which a premade watches a guy get a full combo off instead of focus firing the pred and downing him before the animation even finishes.
Even randos don’t do that, you can atleast count on them to shoot someone in the middle of these slowass melee animations. Maybe they were VT farming?

You got the point man, also it’s not 3 seconds TTK anymore , I tested weeks ago and it was 2/2,5 seconds solo, imagine 4 with sniper, leader and 2 deadly 😂.
Atleast pred still has about 1 second remaining solo to escape the melee animation with a sliver of hp! It would be a shame if any of the other 3 people shot him during the leap animation immediately afterwards.
The only thing this game needs is the removal of weapon glow. Predator weapons shouldn’t be designed to give away your location. Plasma caster yes but everything else should not have a glow trail.

I feel like you guys never run into the good ps4 players cause there are ps ft that will shred a pred right away.
Also the splash damage of the caster honestly feels appropriate, I dont feel its huge.
Look at the size of a grenade and its radius, something that small covers a nice lil radius, and pc blast has the same blast range.

Not the platform but the input device. Though 30 fps and motion blur is a pain.
Moreso the barrier to entry on a controller with nonexistant settings, no turn acceleration, no sticky reticule, no deadzone settings, nothing that compensates for over or undershooting and so on. It’s jank. Controllers dont HAVE to be awful for shooters (apex, halo) but they’re janky and awful if the devs put no effort into making them feel remotely decent to play & act like y axis doesnt exist.
Jank shooters that lack modern console controller settings are just strafe battles (im sure youve played atleast 1 jank strafe battle console game.) because the raw input on the analog sticks makes aiming so inefficent its more reliable to try to strafe the opponent into your crosshair - which is a million times slower than just pointing and clicking at a spot on the screen.
But tl;dr I dont have to get flickshotted by three people when jumping over a console FT because devs decided you get no turn accel, although people could probably kill a pred in about the same time as long as hes on the ground or where youre already aiming. Limited y axis and the struggle of controller is that you have to aim where the person will be since you cant just drag a mouse over it.

Hyperscape is a huge offender of a port actually.
Look a console vs PC gameplay. Idk if they changed it yet but what did devs think ps4 players were going to do when everyones leaping 900 feet into the air and no one can kill eachother as long as theyre sliding around strafe battling & every team makes it into the inner ring because people cant do enough damage before regen.

I’ve said it before I can see how mouse makes it s bit easier to aim, but I typically see pc players overshoot a lot because how sensitive the mouse is.
I wouldnt be too against trying some kinda mouse aiming device, but fuck keyboard.
Thats why I refuse to play on pc.
Except for 2 games, dfo and terraria, and then some flash games like newgrounds or armored core, I can not stand or even Inagine using a keyboard for movement and everything non aim related.
This is a matter of preference tho.
My point however is just people, mainly on the pc side are always talking shit on console players just because their on console and it’s like, theres good players lol.
But those bottom of the barrel, will not ever play well because of their mentality, no matter what they use.
Nothing new though I just get tired of seeing pc players always acting like all ps4 players suck when almost every game I’ve played crossplay I typically see no difference between pc n ps4 players, or I see pc making some weird moves/mistakes.

The good players no matter then platform tend to see the same problems in the game.
Like ft dps being too high for months now and pred not really being on par.
Lmao I played that and I won a match just running around.
I got a pacifist win.
But the damage on that game was just way too fucking low.
I like killing humans right away in shooters tho.
But the movement system felt really good in it.
Christ how is this even a debate. The amount of damage the FT can do is insane. The amount of damage they can take is insane. The amount of damage the predator can put out is laughable. It’s being pushed more toward 1v1 balancing. Anyone who’s played the game longer than an hour can see this. It’s not a question.
