Here’s a list of current consistently happening in public matches in-game voice chat bugs:
Proximity voice chat is gone.
You can hear your team and the predator all the time, in the lobby, in the helicopter and during the match. It only mutes once a player dies.
Using the disc as predator allows you to hear killed Fireteam players.

Is that chat not working for all players once 1 FT member dies or is it only for the player that died? Also, does the proximity chat seem to come back after the match?
For the predator hearing while piolting the disc, is it only the dead FT members you were hearing? After the disc has been thrown, do you still hear the dead FT members?
Hard to tell because there’s not actively many people on voice chat, but seems consistent enough that I had several matches in a night with the same bug. Even after restarting the game several times. I can tell at least two matches were on a row.
During disc flight time you can hear dead fireteam.
