I made a small video showcasing how I use hit and run tactics using either a ranged scout or a melee hunter predator to slowly break down the fireteam. This playstyle seems to be much more effective than berserker due to his melee nerf. Let me know what you guys think, do you think this play-style is the best play-style for the hunter/scout class? and do you think this would be consistent against experienced fireteams?

I watch your videos all the time keep up the good work but Iāve been playing zerk lately and havenāt lost after receiving some tips on the forum and aslong as u have adrenaline boost as zerk jus keep jumping in cloak and u confuse the team so much also have the bow to take shots at them when Iām ready I just go for a team wipe with the elder sword

Iām pretty much all hunter. Scout isnāt fast enough to overcome how stupid weak he is.

Yep itās the melee nerf to the zerker that Iām talking about. Hunter + Elder Sword full combo = dead fireteam member.

Honestly I just came back from a 600 kilometer drive and had only like 3-4 hours to record and edit the video before I have to sleep so Iām actually a bit tired in this video towards the end but I hope you liked it :D
Berserker nerf @TheRealShifo?? Not at all. Every Class is still viable but with obvious subtleties due to their Health Pools. I.E. Stalk from a distance more with Scout, get right into Peoplesā Faces with a Berserker and play a bit of both as the Hunter.
While I genuinely enjoy each Predator offering, Berserker is my main go-to. While a good Predator Player will do well regardless, youāll always run into well oriented Fireteams that will challenge you either way.

Nice video, curious how you always edit your videoās to hide the fact theyāre all PS4 players lol. Shows us in thermal though I guess but yeahā¦ Kinda like pulling wings off flys :(
The fact that they nearly died to NPCs kinda makes it meh., but its a good guide for new players.

Despite my previous post, here I am trying Scout again š¤
I donāt try to hide the fact that theyāre PS4 players. PS4 players represent the majority of the playerbase and turning off crossplay would result in me never finding matches. Itās sad truth but until this game gets more players/make matchmaking better, Iāll have to keep crossplay on š¢
Edit: theyāre not all PS4 players, if you watch all the clips, some of them are on PC too.

OK that match was fucking lit with scout. That was a fun FT. They stuck together and were pretty stealthy š But in the words of Tommy Lee Jones, āHeās still skinny.ā
The only thing a scout can do is slam a building over and over to kill the fireteam, effective yesā¦but boring and too easy.
Yeah, man, The Scout is just trash. Really, the only things it has are:
- Insane mobility to outflank the fire team.
- A large perk pool so it has its choice of perks.
- Near unlimited stamina to avoid being tracked / targeted.
- Just enough Gear points to bring what it needs. (Though I would argue this is more of an issue with the lack of gear)
And other massive perks that people just want to ignore.
Seriously though, the BEST Predators in the game right now are Scouts. You can never catch them. Putting damage on them outside of Sniper Rifles is extremely minimal due to damage fall off. Theyāre usually great shots - Bow and Plasma will hit you all game. Their speed means theyāre on top of you within the first minute, and applying relentless pressure. Oh, and once you do find time to put rounds into it it can leap half a map away. Is it impossible to kill or hurt? No. Itās actually fun to have the challenge. But if youāre going to tell me the Scout is weak you are insane.
Power Ranking is 1) Scout --> 2) Hunter --> 3) Zerker.

Running Hunter right now with long jump, adrenal boost, and modified reserve. You can basically run this like a scout. Badass build.
Iāll have to try this, I basically only play scout because I like being a speedy boi, but if I can drag myself away from some of my other go-to perks, this sounds like fun @Weevo540
Is it just me or are the preds having to survive the fireteam now.? Itās supposed to be the other way around.
