Inferno mask

I just opened a loot box and it gave me Inferno mask, at least the game said it did. Then I checked my customization screen but it is still locked. I got the same problem with the Eclipse mask too. I want my mask and my in-game money.

I know everyone is gonna ask, but it must be asked. Did you get a shader, or the mask itself? If you got the shader, you’ll need to get the mask separately to use said shader. If you got the mask itself, then it should be unlocked and if screenshots can be provided of you unlocking the mask and not having it in your inventory it would probably help

Are you sure it was the base mask and not just a shader for it? This game has a bad habit of giving you shaders for things but you can’t use them until the base item is unlocked. ALOT of threads and posts about people being very confused by this. Sucks but it is what is until it isn’t any longer, lol.

Is there a way to look my shaders before purchasing the mask ?

Don’t think so. Just one of the many shitty design decisions made.
