Everyone Calls for a ranked mode. How about instead is a Hardcore hunt mode instead.
Similar to the one in Private but varies in a few key areas.
15 mins game. Stronger Ai damage but weaker ai. No hud no mini map.
Ft side.
Ft gets one down, Realistic Mags, ft health normal. 1.5 times the amount of gear. Stealth kill available after the down regardless of health. Ft gets 110% health.
Pred side
No 2nd wind, Predator health 150% Predator damge 110% No target isolation.
No. We want ranked.
But we need to make them simple steps for the devs or we will get ranked mode thats causes the pc or ps to blow up on entering ranked mode
No extra health for ft, no extra downs.
If pred had no sw, then they get no down.
Make it like that, I’m all for this mode.

I like this…my only concern is splitting the queues. Is there enough active players to do this? I’d really love hard-core mode to be a quickplay hunt option but I gotta worry about queue times being astronomical
This is true. It may split the player base but in turn it might make both wait times shorter. Cause you will have those hot shot ft pre-mades playing this and the Preds that want a little more. Ao the casual players will hve a more pleasant experience
The extra health is really only there to counter the ai doing more damage. And 110% is not bad and with the pred being able to stealth kill after first down would be a game changer.
I mean, we could always try it out?
You’d also get your ego preds who think they can take any FT but have never met an actual premade too clogging the works

i’d be okay with adding other modes to quickplay IF it was voted IN lobby so once the lobby is made during the 45second period the 5 players can vote on the game mode they want let the predator’s vote count as 2 votes (3 if players feel like predator just has no say at all) so players can decide once they are already in lobby this not only would promote more voice communication but it wouldn’t split ques as worse case scenario people bail and re que when they don’t get the mode they want
(also add a private match search function at some point and let private matches have a open to public setting)
