Interesting Idea: Consecutive Prdator Leaps should be higher -but still stamina draining

Yes Please, i think each consecutive leap by the pred should garner larger leaps each time.
So without the Large Leap perk, this should give the same effect but in the first leap - 100%, second leap 150% and the third leap 200% .
But with the perk, would give you 200% each leap.

I think this extra benefit would be an interesting yet unfullfulling attention to detail.
But without, would be simply a drain …drain drain…on your stamina. Let us see the benefit of leaping first and fore most then we will see the value of using that dreaded Perk that gives us a large leap. Because leaping is lame currently.

First I want them fix the inability to leap all the way to the top of Headquarters HQ hill, like if a predator can leap high into a tree, they can leap up a fucking hill in one leap, also fix the environment collision, hitting one little branch or rock completely throws it off

You’re not getting the point brah, you need to get gud.
This isn’t about collissions, that shit you can avoid easily. Stop stearing this thread!
You’re pointless and aimless! Start Aiming brah!!! Smh!

I do like the idea but you would meet the Fireteam way too fast if you did that.

Thats the point brah!
If you don’t want to meet them quickly, then go the other way!

You dont know what you want brah! REPENT! And STOP! FULL STOP!
YOU"RE AIMLESS! START AIMING FOR SOMETHING!

Lest you be butter fingers on your controller, lest you admit that!

REPENT!
The tom foolery in you!

shabumpity bump.

I’m probably in the minority that thinks the leaps are too big. They should be smaller.

Jumping from tree to tree should be made smoother/easier, and there should be a double sprint, for Predator and Fireteam, which would consume extra stamina.

I agree that Pred leaps are too high. I wish we didn’t have auto leap and instead had more air control to aim our leaps.

I’ll still snipe pred Mid flight😂.

Leaping mechanic itself is bad as fuck. Half the time you are doing vertical jumps and bumping into branches and rocks. What’s the point of a leaping target indicator if there’s going to be 100 collisions to get there? The indicator should disappear if it detects a collision in the path in order to prevent a bad leap.

Also the leap/jump key bind does not work properly. It always leaps regardless. If you fix the leaping mechanic then it would be very convenient to have a single button to do this, so you either jump, if no leap is available, or leap, if you successfully target a destination. Maybe a quick tap to trigger a jump and hold down for half a second to activate leap.

I think the leaps are only slightly too high. I think if they increased the gavirty of the leaps, they’d benefit significantly. Gets kinda old watching your pred slowmo jumping. Like you’re falling on the damn moon

is there a hight cap in quick play? I think I hit one once in overgrowth. Where the burning hell is I tried to leap towards the sniper tower and I thought I hit an invisible ceiling

I don’t think there’s a high cap, but there are some strange collisions in the game, specially around corners

Probably right. A little too floaty.

Increase them incrementally with each consecutive leap

I’d be happier if they got shorter with less stamina.
