Forum ToS has a disclaimer that you have to be at least 13 to use the site. They just have to edit that to be 18 and this whole debate is solved. That’s just general forum ToS copy paste if I recall from the few other forums I’ve been on that weren’t outright 18+ only as my firearms/weapons forum memberships are.
If I had to guess IllFonic didn’t change that copy paste to specifically suit this game, as this game is targeted for 17+.
