Yup. I want them to do a gud job on this. If the game makes it till xmas, they can have Xenomorphs ready for a 1 year anniversary. There’s no rush

They do not have the manpower to provide a constant stream of updates to keep the game alive but also do the xenomorphs (even assuming they have the rights to them). You really need to be realistic on this.
See, a lot of people fail to understand that the Predator universe is intertwined with Alien. But this Alien that the Predators hunt isn’t intertwined with the solo Alien universe, as Ridley Scott exclaimed. Predator is inherently AVP whether you like it or not, but whether they choose to show Xenos is entirely up to the writers, producers, directors, etc. Remember the end of Predator 2? The Xenomorph Warrior skull in the trophy room? That’s one example. You can say no to Alien in PHG, which is totally fine, but saying that they have no right to be in the game is simply wrong. I’m not saying they should add them, I’m just trying to correct some peoples.

The whole concept of xenomorphs in modern day is just awful
They don’t seeing as these are literally seperate IP’s outside of easter eggs. Not sure what the obsession is in tying predator down to two not very good spinoff movies.
There were comics as nd books way before the AvP movies…

Yet which of these are treated as “canon” to the AvP universe? Comics, games etc are isolated stories because avp barely works outside isolated stories. AvP canon’s not something anyone commits to because its all over the place but for some reason people feel the Predator franchise should have to parasite off of a spinoff like it hasn’t stood as its own seperate IP for 4 movies.
Cause it’s a six movie series and we can’t afford to throw out any movie Preds with the bath water.
Besides, killing Xenos is fun.
I guess it’s not that simplistic comparing to current AI. Those can’t jump, crouch, use grenades or heal. They just run, stop and shoot
They do crouch when taking cover and throw grenades.

I’d say canon are the first two movies. Going to run out of creative ideas for the game if you stop there. You’d have to branch off into comics and then there no end to it.
Let’s clear this air a little bit here. If it were possible, we know illfonic is small, we know all the flaws of the game we know all of this @Courier @OldKingHamlet. If this was a paid dlc later on that implemented @BadBlood and @Slasher_Clone’s as lets say an expansion dlc with maybe even a new map to set the scene. I can’t say I wouldn’t buy just because it is what is. Ik how people feel including me about paying for maps and certain game play content but if this new pack was to say at max 20-25 dollars I would buy it. Obviously this isn’t realistic in the games current state @GreyBack but it is something at least to think about

And it doesn’t have to be paid but I think we all know for it to be even remotely possible it would be. Unless the game was in a better circumstance

They do no have the manpower to implement it even if they have the rights to use aliens. They would need a lot of time to do so. If this game does not get constant updates its going to die! Its already doing poorly… We are not going to get anything more then some skins (aside for what they already promised, if that).
I think you might be wrong and that the things they have already on the burners are why the release schedule has been a bit rushed.
Like I said above, I’d they do it in steps and as an evolving thing, it provides a number of opportunities to add content in a reliable way.
