When starting as fire team your guns will be invisible and your knife will not be able to do any damage. I’ve narrowed down mostly when it happens and how to avoid it. The bug happens specifically when you play a game as the scout elite outfit or the support elite. When I switched off these outfits the bug no longer happens.
