Invisible weapons!!

I cannot play fireteam because every time I load into a game my weapons are invisible! I am on PC and i have tried deleting my loadout data but the issue persists. I cannot play games like this.

This happens to me about half the time- only fix ive found is to equip an alternate sight, like the red dot or a scope and at the beginning of the match aim down sights it should fix it
