Is it possible that Illfonic can contact PSN to issue refunds?

After giving this a go at the weekend the game is actually, unplayable.

Im not saying this lightly, there are some issues that i think deem this game unacceptable on PS4.

  • 5 - 20 FPS on Ps4 base in most environments, seriously un-optimised.
  • Gun sound bug where your position is given away by the gun fire sound stuck in a loop, leading a predator to your position
  • UI Element errors that gem icons stay on screen for the rest of the match if you try and pick up a resource twice
  • Predator movement clunky, bugged where in some cases you can no longer attack after healing rendering a whole match pointless
  • Matchmaking still isnt working.
  • Random network time outs.

The over polish of this game is pathetic, i’ve tried to love it but seriously you cant tell me someone play tested this on PS4 base and gave it the go ahead.

I believe you can request a refund from PSN directly, i heard you can do this once a year. In all honesty, you should have played the free trial weekend or at least waited for reviews to drop if you were on the fence. Let’s face it, most online games now days are all sent out without sufficient testing and day one are in a bad spot.
