Is progress and items saved server side ???

I just wanna know this cause im gonna have to redo my pc soon and i wanna know if ill lose all my items and progress, and more to the point why is there no cloud saves ?.

Yes they are server side so you don’t have to worry about anything except for redoing your classes and key bindings

So all my unlocks will stay unlocked i will just have to redo my loadouts and the colour armor i had on and such.
