Having trouble getting matches at night time, around 9-10PM CST
Doesn’t matter if is Fireteam, Predator or no preference. No time estimate. No time estimate on clash either. Epic or Steam same shit.
I did manage to play 2 matches earlier, around 7PM
This is not the first time this has happened. A few weeks ago (last time I tried to play) I gave up cause I wasn’t getting any matches either.
I haven’t played a single match since February.
Clash for a long time had no time estimate (EU).
I’ve read people complaining about getting no matches as FT and Pred, all platforms.
Could be related to illfonic.
Illfonic issue, I played last night at 4am cst and got multiple matches (pred) in 5 minutes or less with only one q reset
I usually get to play after 12am PST and I know its not the best time to find players but it does take over 10mins before I reset and try again for Pred. FT can take up to two minutes now. Dunno if its a server issue on their end or the game is truly, finally, dying.

Yeah, but after Xbox release it has had a timer ever since. On April it still had a timer. Barely played anything during May
Nah, I wouldn’t say it’s “dead,” it just feels super inconsistent right now.
From what people are saying in the thread, matchmaking is all over the place depending on time/region - some can still get games in a few minutes, others are stuck with no timer or long queues. That usually isn’t what a completely dead game looks like, it’s more like low population + shaky matchmaking.
Game’s been out since 2020 and didn’t exactly have massive numbers to begin with, so dips like this aren’t surprising, especially outside peak hours
Feels more like “barely hanging on” than actually dead tbh. If you queue at the right time it still works, just don’t expect it to be consistent anymore.
