Tried to test it out yesterday in private match to see if it was patched. Has anyone been able to do it today?
Looking for video proof otherwise.

Just try to do the glitch and report back. It seems to be gone. They possibly could have fixed it server-side.
Dont think trying to test something that few people do anyway is worth reporting on.
Believe me its easy enough to see if it takes 3 strikes at an alarm to destroy it rather than four and there is your answer. Not alot of overpoweredness there, just saves you half a second.

Just b/c I dominate almost every single match, doesn’t mean it wasn’t annoying. I just don’t claim as many downed players. I kill them from farther back, and claim when nobody is around, sometimes.
What specifically is the knife glitch? I’ve heard lots of people talk about it now but no one saying what it actually is if it’s even a thing to begin with

It absolutely is a thing. You heavy attack followed by a light attack. Damage is bugged, and goes up based on class, spec and perk stacks.

Oh fair enough, not sure I’ve experienced it yet. I just figured it was because the base knife damage is so high that people were saying it was bugged

people are complaining because preds don’t know how to attack. They jump infront of you like a speeding car and hack away thinking its all good. The thing is, with a particular build like Scar or something there is not a good chance its not going to be as dramatic.
Everyone here is taking a piss at every other shitty build or their shitty tactic for melee.
Hey, its likely 3-4 good knife strikes in a row will deal more damage than one strike every few seconds.
Thats why the OP is flawed. Its meant to be ambiguise and full of frustration.

I have yet to see a predator movie where a few knife strikes kills a predator. Even scar feels the pain.
The post isn’t meant to frustrate. I’ve been working with the devs to get the glitch patched, and wanted to see if anyone can still do it, as I’ve been unable to replicate its successful usage in a few days.
So you want it to be like what exactly? A fencing match where the most fashionably styled parried attacks wins while other ft shoot the shit?
You’re talking about fixing something that is literally only 2-3 more attacks would suffice to kill a pred yet most of us will probably miss horribly. Yet this GLITCH is so massive that you need to understand it like its brain surgery?
bro just do the math. Classes/ Perks/ Specializations + FT Perks + specializations.

why are you even bringing this up? You want to fix it but you don’t seem to even know what it is and when it actually happens. And don’t say its about your personal emptiness and you want engagemnt from the fanbase.
