What are your thoughts? Is the Plasma Caster Overpowered? Or is it just the Predator’s best weapon?

Both Predator and Fireteam have weapons that can be seen as overpowered cus they are more effective than most of the other weapons.
Caster is as strong as it should to be able to counter the Fireteam the way things are as of now in regards to the dps of their weapons and damage reduction stacking passives. Disk can be better but relies a lot on your ping.

Does less damage than the ft sniper I believe.
It may seem overpowered at first. But it’s not.
FT can use cover to their advantage, snipers, emp/ frag grenades, generally don’t clump, always on the move. Plus you have the big warning of the laser pointing at you. Plenty of opportunity to react somehow.

Idk if you run Elder/Cleopatra Stalker it looks iffy😅
I would say it’s the strongest weapon in the preds arsenal due to ease of use and versatility but not overpowered thanks to the drawbacks @PsychoBaBas brought up. It’s well balanced with its pros and cons.
Not in the slightest. Its the Pred’s main weapon, and if you want to be realistic about it, it should wipe out anyone with one charged it (it used to). FT has a ton of overpowered advantages over the Pred, so its only right that there are a few on the opposing side like the axe. Remember, this game is about who can do as much damage in a short amount of time.
