It tottaly is - they have even issued a notcie back in 2016 to 20th century about rights to Predator expire date (17th April 2021 XDDDD) so there was plenty notice to take action and extend the rights - no one did, so it will ba a very straight forward court case tbh. Lawyer that is leading this ona also got F13 rights back to its creator - so Disnay is in deep shit with its plans to WOKE the shit out of the franchise XDDDDD

Man you need to give it a shot, its a great game, even if you are not familliar with the franchise. I my small opinion a very well balanced asymetrical. Killer is frightening, pray is weak, but still has a chance of escaping if played smart

Thats the BIG question. Not much is being said about their intentions, I’ve red they are unhappy with the direction the franchise is going, but this did not came directly from them, so idk. If they will sell them on, I just hope it will be a WOKE free studio that is not afraid of some good 80s action ;-)

Give the IP to a Russian film studio. Any Russian film studio. Have you ever seen any of their (more modern) SCIF or action movies? Man Hollywood is nowhere near their level. Actors are believable, action in awesome but not over the top, CGI is sparingly used, when it is though, its beautifully implemented. Story ALWAYS makes sense. Even if the movie is in opposition to my political views – I have to admit each time it was great.
I know this is not popular, Predator is an American trademark, but there is no studio I can think of in States that can make a good movie. Any movie, let alone a classic sequel.
