it won’t get my loot

everytime i unlock something of high rarity i don’t get it

I just opened 6 boxes as well and did not get my loot either. Did not get at least 4 items that were dropped from boxes and actually haven’t paid attention to it before and I’ve opened so many boxes so far.

Do you guys even read? You unlocked SKINS!
You need the actual Item itself too. Of course you cant see it 🙄

Yeah I’ve opened a lootbox that gave me the prophet mask but when it went to equip it, it was still locked.
