Unlocked gas mask is still locked. Crimson eclipse skin wont show up or any other skins.

Did you get it out of a crate? Then it just might have been a color variant. You need to unlock the standard item first to use it.
it was the mask and it never showed up wish i took a picture
I’ve received a lot of items through loot boxes that I never received also. These weren’t shaders, but actual unlocks that never actually unlocked.
