Jumping up a tree instead of quick claiming...

just make it so you can only mount a tree when the prompt shows and you are looking at the tree.

Or make a seperate keybind for claim instead of it being “interact”.

I literally made a topic about this just this morning I also am able to melee around instead of claiming.

Is the interact (F) meant to start a Predkour?

I am asking because I bound a key to solely jump to use when I just want to jump and not end up in a tree by mistake.

I then use the interact (F) to start a Predkour and get into a tree. Because this is the same key for claiming, I sometimes grab the FT and then start to leap into a tree while claiming if we are too close to a tree.

Then change it in the settings, you’re given the option to fix it yourself.

The part that is broken is that you can hold square to interact with a bore or other items as the predator but it will still jump into a tree even though the option to jump in the tree is an x button. So yes this is a bug. And it still hasn’t been addressed
