He’s being made available as another Pre-order bonus for the PS5 Physical Edition 🤷 that way he still a pre-order exclusive but they can technically re-release him.
The unfortunate thing is there has been no announcement for a Physical Edition for PC or Xbox so outside of the guys that pre-ordered on PC during initial release or have modded him in or something looks like only PS5 players get a shot at getting him at this point.
So in a way he’s a 50$ DLC for those that want him…on PS5 that is
