Maybe you need to manually download from library/purchased.

Mine worked fine, i just installed the game and it was in the customization menu.

Try switching your 1st Loadout to Female Hunter then back to Male Hunter and check classes after that. Worked for some people.

Ok its now there, but still blocked?

If your mask is unlocked now try and equip it then go to class selection.
