Do you do more damage if you do the full combo on a melee weapon or is it the same if you hit normally

it varies on per weapon basis as most of the weapons do diffrent dmg values on each strike IE each sword swing does a diffrent amount of dmg but the first hit and last hit are the highest individual dmg output
wheras the wrist blades do the same dmg on every single swing

Oh, I thanks I thought you had to do the full combo on the wrist blades, anyway do you know how much hits it take to kill an assault

not anymore i’m afraid i rarely ever do melee anymore as i believe it’s not viable against good teams

The last numbers I read:

Assault has 150 default hp.
Scout dmg with wrist blades::28
Hunter dmg with writs blades: 30
Besetker dmg with writs blades: 33

There might be modifiers depending on perks.

Tip: do not run in swinging as main tactic. As KameofWar says melee can be hard to pull off against good FTs.

EDIT: The dmg numbers are for each swing.
