I have better solution. Each time you looks at Predator direction you became blinded and marked for him (instead of spot). Is it enough for you?

I think spotting should work like target isolation and the exact position of the Predator isn’t given. Maybe have the radius based around the amount of HP the Predator has.

I dont think removing the spot is a bad idea but on the flip side they should also remove marking the reinforcement radio for the predator that would make it more tactical for both sides

Just use the spotting eye and put a marker on the compass like any other game. Id like to give console players that much credit. Are they really so shit a wallhack is necessary?

I think if they were to change it they make a stationary mark that doesn’t highlight the Predator but doesn’t notify the Predator that he is marked.

I’ve had matches where Predators are ninjas and others where they jump around thinking the cloak should make them completely invisible.

Spotting, as dropping an eye icon for every one to look in this direction is a fantastic mechanic and should stay in game. Its a great way of increasing your team situational awareness. Marking and highlighting cloaked predator however… I really don’t know how much fucking cocaine must have been inhaled by a Illfonic employee who decided to implement that stupid nonsense in this game.

A spotting mechanic like in sniper elite could be nice. When you mark the pred, an image of is last position stays in place so at least the team is aware of his last position. If the pred stays at that place to spam the caster, that would be his problem.

Markers are fine.

Spotting and marking cloaked preds is BS and the fact people just spam it makes it even more BS.

Spotting is part of the game I could really care less if they removed it or not most of the time call out’s work better but so many randoms with no mics makes that hard to do predator players just need to learn not to be sloppy I play as the predator alot and if you spot me I could care less it’s not slowing me down
