He/She makes a really loud scream like a second wind scream on a hunter, it is its’ own natural scream. I get thrown off because i think someone made some headway…but really did nothing.

Do you mean the heavy dmg scream?
yep thats it
I think it’s the same for every pred, it just happens more often with the scout because of the overall lower health i guess.
All it means is that it is low in health and close to Second Wind?
Isn’t the red glow sphere of light surrounding him an indication of this as well?
Or that the pred recieved a huge amount of dmg in short time, something like that i believe. Happens without second wind too.

No it doesnt. In means you took 250 dmg in a split second
