Hate to burst your bubble but I’m pretty sure Darth Vaders look was inspired by Nazis. Much like the Empires uniforms.
Imperial uniform was inspired by Nazis, Ralph Macquarie and George Lucas both said that Vader’s armor was inspired by samurai armor blended with sci fi and nazi aesthetics.

Yeah, a lot of the planets in the Confederacy Of Independent Systems were fed up with the republic because throughout it they got unequal access and often times little to no imported medicine, technology, and protection from other systems that the Republic promised. Granted Dooku and I used it to put yours truly in the position of Emperor, but the core ideologies of the Separatist Movement were in a good place, even better than the Republic’s as everything was tied to economic value, not humanitarian for them, but the Separatists wanted to give everyone a better quality of life.
