Katana bleed effect

Quick question, is it intended for the Katana when parried to still cause bleed?

I want a solid answer, just a bit confused, not asking for changes on it.

That’s honestly a good question that I’m not sure of but I think it does and is intended.

Quite simple: there’s always gonna be something one side or the other doesn’t like, the more rare things that both agree on almost unanimously are more interesting.
