When you click on right mouse button (heavy attack for knife) and before you hit by it you fast start to run by pressing “shift” your kinfe in moment when you hit showing out (outside) of your hand like you drop it. I can’t attache screenshot here because my game do not save them for some reason. I will try to record it later if I can. Anyway you can repeat it very easy
