something like this. the leap slam, though it didnt work here because I hit the roof was meant to show you a good tactic for picking up your spear after thrown. follow up with a leap slam for a down.
also usually it is one spear throw then 1 claw for a down so you claw as you pick it up and keep going.
if you are running net, net pin from a tree plus spear throw plus plasma or slam while they are picking up is deadly and can finish a match in minutes.
I believe you are on console and i cant play with a controller for shit so I understand your apprehension about using spear. To be honest I was just being a dick.

just dont throw your spear at someone above you. if you miss it will literally fly across the map. I’ve done that and found it stuck in the boundary wall on the other side of the map.

Actualy I’ve never tried to throw it from so short distance like you did. I ve notice the aim must be fast, and I want to see if i can increase the dualshock 4 sensibility a little.

I just did that cuz time was running out and they looked invincible.
Now when they start parring i net them right away, and now I can throw the spear at them like you showed in the video.
I still think the parry is totally unnecessary for this game (my opinion of course) and I hope the devs remove it of nerf it in the next patch.

Others and I ragged on you but truth be told I have had equally rage inducing experiences with reinforcements at first and immediately took to the forums saying “remove reinforcements” so I know how you feel.
I would only consider a long spear throw from a tree aimed down, then a leap attack to go pick it up if applicable.

Every time I see that sigh of team asking for reinforcements I go out and kill a pig haha.
lol good idea! When you have an idea where the fireteam is it is a good idea to start killing pigs in the surrounding areas before even engaging. usually more will spawn around the dead ones, then you have spots of like 5 6 7 pigs. then when you can quickly leap out and feed and leap in instead of spending 5 minutes looking for a single pig half way through.
