Probably just unlucky matchmaking, but I did reset my router (not connected via ethernet) and it is less now. Only 40-100.

Yesterday morning i had about two really lagging games (the popping in different areas type). My ping times were below 100 and reasonably around 40ms.
Everyone else appeared low around 40ms too. Dont know what it is about. Today I had no lag whatsover and played several games as Pred (smart disk navigation isn’t smooth and very laggy however everything else was great). Yesterdays lag was mainly FT side of things. So i dont know. Maybe they are ttesting stuff on their Epic Games server.
