Leave match stuck on screen

I was playing as a PS4 fireteam when the leave match option came up on the screen blurring the background and stayed there, I could still play but with the screen blurred I couldn’t aim, was just taking blurry shots at the pred. It didn’t lock the game and I couldn’t get it off the screen.

It sometimes happens when u want ragequit too fast😁
