Leave Reinforcements alone they are fine

I see a lot of complaints about reinforcements, but if you really think about it logically you will realize it is completely fine. I have played enough games as a predator and fireteam to know reinforcements are fine. It’s the punishment you get as a predator if your not efficient & smart enough. As a fireteam you simply do not stand a chance for long if there are only one or two members left and the predator has even the slightest brain power.
Don’t touch reinforcements it’s in a good place.

They even give you a heads up when they’re calling them in. So not only do you know where they are you also know if you kill them now they can’t come back

I agree

In regard to your argument that it shows from where the reinforcements are being called: it is often damn near impossible for the Predator to do anything about it as the time it takes to get the reinforcements is so short. If the Predator player has made a note of where the reinforcements can be called by running around the map the first couple of minutes then it MIGHT get there in time, but at the expense of putting pressure on FT to start with making the run-through of the objectives even easier for FT than it already is.
Being under time pressure is a challenge that belongs with the FT. The challenge for the the Predator is seperating the team enough to be able to take one down and weaken the team so it is possible to take it down.

This community contains a lot of apparent sore losers/bad players that want something removed cause it affected their experience. I really don’t get it. If you’re a good Predator, you won’t even allow them to get reinforcements, lol. When they do, they have to hold that area long enough. You literally have time to unload as much as possible, haha.

Well if they were to change it in any way they could make the time for reinforcements to be called a bit longer that would be ok. I currently don’t have an issue with it it’s whatever to me. I don’t believe it needs to be removed like some people suggest.

I think having some sort of landmark (antenna/radio dish) that allows the Predator to know where the reinforcement radio is would help. TBH I think it should be removed completely. Unless of course there’s going to be a hardcore mode that removes reinforcements altogether.

Problem with that is you’re working with an asymetrical game where the skill gap is huge the developers need to find a balance where they can appeal to both. A ranked mode disabling it could be an option if they were to go that route but as it is now it’s just not in the best interest for the whole playerbase to do that. For example on the FT you could be doing what you’re supposed to be doing but your teammates are bone heads and that leads to you getting downed and a frustrating game.

All I’m gonna say about the reinforcements thing is that when you learn how to play predator, you literally get to the point to where you let them reinforce so you can get more kills. Just saying, there are predators that are actually using this to toy with FT members more XD

So coming from a main Predator user and a just as frequent FT player.

After the initial patch to it I think its ina good place/right track. Like everything, could use some tweaks.

The problem is Predators were probably on the verge of victory and this delays it. I used to see it this way. You learn that teams that need this are usually the teams you can pick off and wipe. Its the teams that dont need it that you should fear.

I see that as a good thing. I love reinforcements when they bring back three people because now I get to go for 7 skulls now.

“How many times do we have to teach you this lesson old man?!?”

Things that I think could help without pushing balancing problems:

As Predator when Zesus says “I have a way to get you back” Predator could eavesdrop that radio call. That way its on you mind, you can end this now or risk this. This would only be an audio clip, everything else says the same. No marker until the radio is used.

Once the radio is used though, thats its. If anyone dies at this point, theres no lucky “just in time” revive.

If 2 people died when the call was made, if #3 dies, no revive for him. You called for 2 people, you get 2 people only.

Right nows there’s lax rules on the timing revives but overall the mechanic isnt OP, its not instant but not over timed.

How much gear, what gear, meds, ammo you respawn I feel is up for open discussion and balance debate
