7 traps are a lot but 4 medikits now are no needed due to the pigs change (thanks God finally). Adrenaline on the elder is good, Alpha doesnt need but he may need different perks. Impatient is strong with 2,30 cooldown, the perk for energy and caster too.

To be honest, this exactly is the reason why I am so eager to clear up the topic of “same settings for ALL”. My impressions until yet are quite the same (but admittedly, until now, these are just “impressions” in my case)
In our little CHALLENGE the settings should not be the reason for imbalance. The challenge is not about winning, egos, etc. - if you ask me.
It is an experiment. In an experiment you have to exclude all influences, which you do not want to “measure” - as good as possible. Concerning the question how much graphics settings influence a match, there are a lot different opinions out there - ranging from “no influence at all” to “huge impact”.
But our challenge ACTUALLY IS JUST concerned with the question of “FT OVERPOWERED OR NOT?”. Resp. “is a 1 vs 3” mode roughly even?
But @Arrow_calis already has agreed on “at least ALL MEDIUM” settings for the games against PS4 players - so, that’s fine for me. Furthermore he has already agreed on negotiating the settings when playing against PC players - which means “at least ALL MEDIUM” too, if the PC predator does not want to go below. So, that’s fine for me too. I hope, that’s it then…
By the way, if the frames-per-second drop a little for our PC mates due to recording, that should not be a show stopper for our challenge matches, as long as it does not decrease below the PS4 FPS - which is, without recording, already just at some 30FPS - as people told me :).

Yes, some kind. It’s more like an experiment - we try to find out, if (and if, then “why” too) FT is overpowered and if 1 vs 3 then would roughly be even… For the challenge, we have nerfed the FT by one soldier!
If you are interested, read the very first post in this thread, it tells most of it:).
But likely, everybody has a slightly different view on this CHALLENGE - as we call it. In the end, the most important thing is, that we ALL will have an enormous amount of fun watching the resulting videos!

How will you evaluate skill differences?
Let’s say someone hits 50% of bow shots/ combi throws vs 60% as Pred? Do you think they would be significant?

One cannot “evaluate” the outcome in a statistical way - as the number of “measurements” are far too less.
But, what we already have seen in the “preamble”-match with Skoo, the videos will give us a good portion of impressions concerning the "what and why"s.
Everybody then can draw his own conclusions out of this - but I guess, there also will be the one or the other conclusion, which will be “common sense” - after a mighty discussion of the matches in this forum… :)

Because in the last patch 3 good players could kill almost every Predator players so I asked for a Bane nerf. So we would do a challenge because people where not trusting that damage was the issue. But now there is the new update with the new cloak so it maight be different. As for @Bonator you told to play fair and not use bugs, that is also for Pred . Tree brenches are not destroyable because of a bug so we put the role that Pred cant camp or heal behind tree brenches.

Wait tree branches dont break now? I really wasnt paying attention to that tbh, tho I do use them to cover my escape when using PC or Bow I’ll have to try and rework my strats I guess if its considered an exploit.

It’s a bug, they told they will fox it. If you stay behind the tree brenches you are immortal, except for granade nothing can deal damage to you basically.
😲😲 thats crazy although I did notice escaping through the trees was easier I was equating it to the new cloak but now I know.
