No, it’s GMT. The time zone, the whole continental western europe is in (London/UK is another timezone). Choose any big city in continental western Europe - Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Rom and so on - all the very same time zone, as far as I know :)

But when I google, I find different explanations for UTC, GMT and whatsoever. Just type “time Milan” into google - the time you see there should be the time Arrow is talking about…

In italy, at the very moment is should be 20:58. The very start of the first match, if you ask me…
