Awesome game! Another wrestling game i’d recommend is Retromania Wrestling. No character creation or customisation, but it’s damn fun to play though.
I kind of wish wrestling promos went back to the “angry rambling meathead” variety like this one.

Nahhhhh man. Games like WCW/NWO Revenge on N64 are still better than any modern WWE game with “good” graphics.

I mean they have The Patriot for crying out loud with his finisher and everything
Sure you have to get the dlc packs to get all the best creations but it’s worth every penny imo
Especially on PC where whole custom arenas are a thing
Yeah, No Mercy is technically the better game but i could never really get into WWF/E.

I think when I was right into wrestling , it was the smackdown games , but I do remember raw and was there an attitude one? enjoyed them and I’m certain there was a legends one that was ok?
But the smackdown ones were great for their time. I think I played maybe one of the 2k ones and didn’t enjoy it , but I mostly moved on to mma games by then.
Smackdown here comes the pain was a really fun game
