But it’s funny. If we have these Names / Codenames why did Illfonic set up Zeus to call All Members Voodoo-1 ?.

Because the team name is voodoo-1 and he’s talking to everyone.
The Team Name is not Voodoo-1.
The team does not even have a name.
In several lines, Zeus speaks:
“Come on Team, we count on you !.”.
And when a soldier is shot down, he says:
“Voodoo !. Voodoo !.”.
Here we open a Topic, where the FT could have Name the Team.
Of course, some Predefined Names.
You don’t have to refer to some one or something’s name 100% of the time
I’ve only heard this when the entire team is dead. Maybe I’m mistaken but even then this game isn’t optimized the most so it might be a mistake.

Wtf is this talking about. My critical reading skills are telling me your talking about skill based match making.
Which would make the quee times even worse because in all reality there are not alot of “death squads” out there.
Secondly Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta are call signs. So you dont have to say hey KingofPredators pred coming to you. You say Charlie Pred on u. So its for easier communication and if you dont see that then maybe its time to move on
