Level 150.

I reached PHG Experience Level 150, but until today I didn’t understand the Real Reason for having Experience Levels in this Game.

Today, a Player at Level 150 and a Player at Level 10 appear to be Equal in the Eyes of the Predator.
Just as a Predator at Level 150 is the same as a Predator at Level 10.

I believe that this should be Adjusted for 2 Reasons:

1st: It would help to know who we are playing against, and with whom.
When entering the matches, we can see how the FT Soldiers are Equipped, and we see the Categories “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” and the Predator;
But what does this really mean?

If I’m at Level 150, of course my Soldier is “A”. But in some Matches, my Soldier is either “C” or “B”.

What needs to be corrected is that a Soldier Category needs to be made for the Matches.

If the Categories were divided, the Matches could be much more balanced.

0 - 30 => E
30 - 60 => D
60 - 90 => C
90 - 120 => B
120 - 150 = A

The same way for Predators.
And you could have options to Play with Mixed or Specific Classes.

Not to have the situation of an FT Team “A” Confront a Predator “E”.

2nd: For Players who have already reached Level 150, there should be no more Experience Points Gain.
It could be All Points Converted to VT in the same amount. What was collected on the Map;

For example:
Completed the mission, and earned 6,000 experience points and collected 1,500 VT.
In total there would be 7,500 VT.

Several problems with this. The higher you go up in level the longer the ques. Then, let’s say they see your rank and then decide to quit. Already common enough when people see you have the preorder emblem.

Only thing I can agree with is the VT.

If you truly want to balance it make a ranked que for predator and FT. Then, the normal que with Predator and FT. 10 ranked matches and depending on how many of the 10 you win places you where you should be. End of the season you get rewards based on your rank.

Top people get better rewards whether they be limited time shaders, weapon variants, skins, helmets, mythical trophies, etc.

Obviously, if you win more even after being placed you go up, if you lose you go down. If you do nothing you stay the same. End of the season you can see everyone on the board and where they placed.

What are you talking about

A. The Alpha, Beta, Charlie, and Delta names don’t mean anything. They’re there to make callouts between randoms easier. Thought this was obvious.

B. If you make the names based on level you would have overlapping names which would defeat the purpose of the system.

C. Level doesn’t matter. A level 150 is not automatically better than a 110. Also on top of that point. No, matchmaking should be based on skill, not level.

D. No, Don’t add an option to strict the classes that you matchmake with.

Though I do like the idea of being able to change your code name to something pre-defined.

You have to select four just in case some one else has the same code name and let RNG work for ya though.

Simply place a Start Option to have Soldiers and Predators of the Same or Mixed Level.

This is a Great Idea.

But I believe that to be successful, a new game mode would need to be developed.

Something like: “Hunting Seasons”.
Where the Objective would be a Team kill multiple predators.

They’re the A,B,C, and D. They appear in game by your health.

Either way that idea is pointless because skill doesn’t equal level. It’d do nothing but increase que times.

Look, I see that You are a Real Limiter of Ideas.

Instead of just criticizing ideas and saying how useless you think they are, have you given any suggestions for improving the game?

There’s already a rage quitting culture in this game, to the point that if people start being ranked or marked based on gameplay, people will just quit when they see certain players with certain levels or whatnot.

Actauly yes I have. Recently no but that’s because covering the holes in an idea and improving them takes time and effort I don’t have at the moment.

Lol yep. Kinda like now if FT que up against jungle hunter or pre-order avatar. Or pred when you see multiple fields medics (but I don’t really disagree that shit is toxic).

Could just hide rank in casaul matches till after the match.

And for the actual ranked matches it’d be a tight matchmaking so it wouldn’t matter anyways.

You focused on making the first idea tough, but didn’t bother to comment on the second idea.

I didn’t notice the Names You spoke of anywhere (“They appear in the game for your health.”).

And tell me, how are you going to measure the quality of who’s playing you by the number of wins?
See Well. It’s a Team of 4 People.
If the person who causes the least damage to the predator manages to survive, he will still obtain a “victory”.
But it is not cool to play with someone who only reaps the fruits of victory.
It’s legal to play with those who really take risks. Enter the Match to Complete the Mission and Kill the Predator.

It is precisely here that the Idea appears as a Solution.

Second idea is perfectly fine and I had nothing to add. At most I would of had a “I agree”. Nothing that actually contributes to the conversation.

Same as pretty much every other game. SBMM is very common and comes in a variety of combinations.

This is a problem that all game with SBMM have and it still works because the bad players will still lose because they aren’t pulling their weight. Will they win some ya but it still evens out. Not just in theory but also in practice.

I haven’t played in months think I’ll still be a 150 player? Level doesn’t mean anything. The room for error this system has is too wide.

No (well maybe) in the original post he mentioned 150 players earning VT in place of EXP.

I hate exclusives in general. Anything exclusive can stay exclusive but I’d like to avoid adding exclusive items in general so I’d would either change the rewards or add in another way to get the exclusive skins that’s permanent.

I agree. Same system siege uses and that’s a very competitive game so you can’t go wrong copying that.

True, only reason I’d use exclusive is to make people have a reason to strive for higher tier’s… maybe make it a mythical tier item that you get a different variations depending on how low you are in the ranks, the higher the tier the better it looks

Your suggestions aren’t objectivitly bad because they work but the personal problem is that it still has an exclusive look. Plus newer players down the road still miss out.

What’s I do is have your first idea but have them purchasable for a really high price of VT the next season so they’re only timed exclusives. Plus reward them as soon as you hit the rank so you get a bit of exclusive time with them.
